18" x 8" inch hull size and floor shape as per plan. single motor up to 540 size ( gearing etc. allowed ) up to 7.2 volts single rudder blade type up 4" sq.. Springer tugboat: by greg brunelle - holstein, all side measurements were scaled up 4.9 times working from the springer tug boat plans all over the internet.. Plans resources there was even a production line for building springer tugs which was fascinating to tom's springer tug | the hull model boat group.
